Investor in People

 

As part of our continuous investment in developing our people, Qedis decided to subject itself to assessment by an external body to determine areas which could be improved and to receive external recognition for what we have achieved. We were originally assessed against the standard in January 06 and received IIP status on 9th February 2006. The assessor was highly impressed with and enthusiastic about our organisation and her report praised us greatly. An extract from her Executive Summary can be found below:

 

"Qedis employs people who are generally highly educated and who have high expectations of the company and their careers. It has surpassed these expectations in very many cases and a high proportion of people interviewed said spontaneously how much they enjoyed working there and how valued they feel. A high proportion of new starters said that they felt they had made the right decision in joining."

 

We were re-assessed in 2009 and again the assessor was highly impressed and gave some very positive feedback about Qedis: 

 

"Qedis has developed a clear, simple and successful strategy. It consults and involves all of its people in developing and reviewing its plans on a regular basis. A very transparent and inclusive culture has been created."
