3 Star Best Company 2010

A 3-Star Best Companies To Work For Qedis decided to take part in the 'Best Companies To Work For' survey 2010, influenced by our people who were keen to see how we faired as an organisation compared to our competitors. This year over 270,000 employees were surveyed for 'Best Companies Star Accreditation' and 1086 companies applied. 773 companies got 1, 2 or 3 starts but only 50 have achieved the highest award of 3-star status... One of those 50 is Qedis!!

For the second year running Qedis has been awarded this fantastic status, a huge achievment considering how few companies are accredited with all 3-stars.

The survey which our people completed to feed into these results was focused on the following 8 key areas:

Leadership - How employees feel about the head of the organisation, senior managers, and the company's values and principles

My Manager - How employees feel about and communicate with their direct manager

Personal Growth - What employees feel about training and their future prospects

Wellbeing - How employees feel about stress, pressure at work, and work life balance

My Team - Employees feelings towards their immediate colleagues and how well they work together

Giving Something Back - The extent to which employees feel their organisation has a positive impact on society

My Company - The level of engagement employees have for their job and organisation

Fair Deal - How happy employees are with their pay and benefits

Achieving 3-star status is deemed 'Extraordinary,' surpassing 'First Class' and 'Outstanding'. Everyone at Qedis has contributed to this achievement and have been thrilled with the success and recognition.
