Qedis are proud to announce that we have been named in the "Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies To Work For" list.
Qedis has rocketed to 4th place, above any other management consultancy, climbing 18 places from last year. This is in the backdrop of difficult market conditions in consulting, cut backs in spending as well as continued business growth of 30% from last year.
Qedis scored very highly in ’Leadership’ with Paramjit Uppal (CEO) receiving a 94% positive score from employees, who also feel he runs the company on sound moral principles (92%), both top 10 scores nationally. Qedis also scored92% from emplyoees who stated that they have full confidence in the leadership skills of the senior management team, with 90% of staff agreeing that senior managers live the values of the organisation.
Qedis shone out in the category of 'offering growth and development' to its people. 91% said they are excited about the direction of the company. 86% agreed that they have lots of opportunities to learn and grow and 93% of people believe their jobs benefit personal growth - both of these were the top scores across the survey results.
Other positive themes included the 'close family feel' that staff at Qedis appreciate, with 91% saying there is a strong sense of family, 95% of colleagues agreeing they care for eachother and 92% of staff claiming they are proud to work for Qedis and feel they can make a difference (93%) - another top score in the survey!
