Personal development at qedis really focuses on enabling individuals to develop and grow the requisite technical and business skills and capabilities.
qedis provides different channels for personal development where the onus is on both the individual themselves as well as their Counselling Manager to identify and work through development opportunities.
qedis has a training curriculum of core training courses at each grade level. Individuals are not limited to the training curriculum, and are encouraged to take additional, tailored training courses to help with specific development areas.
